Who is Eden Therapy Services and Rebecca Braid?
In 1999 Eden Therapy services was founded by Rebecca Braid.
Rebecca Braid has practised for more than 20 years with fifteen of those years in private practice. Her initial degree is in Social Work. She has a Graduate Diploma in Couple and Family Therapy and a Masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy. She is currently finishing her PhD degree. Rebecca is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and an accredited Victims Compensation Therapist.
Eden Therapy Services has grown into a busy practice. Other therapists now work with Eden to provide the same type of service that the practice has become renowned for. All therapists working with Eden are trained and supervised by Rebecca to continue a tradition of quality therapeutic intervention in a safe and spiritually secure environment. Eden Therapy Services provides a wealth of therapy experience from couple and family therapy, individual issues, domestic violence intervention, childhood traumas and adult traumas.
The therapists of Eden Therapy Services view the counselling process as short term; it’s about the therapy giving client skills to help them move forward. We recommend an initial consultation to determine a client’s needs. After an initial consultation a number of therapy sessions can be recommended in consultation with the client.
