Safe Place is a therapeutic group for men or women who have experienced trauma, grief, loss, stress or emotional difficulties. It is a unique process giving positive tools to combat life’s circumstances that helps to view life from a different perspective without the need for in depth sharing.

Safe Place for Women Level 1
6 week programme
When: Tuesday mornings, 10.30am – 12.30pm from 1st March to 5th April
Cost: $650.00

Safe Place for Men Level 1
6 week programme
When: Tuesday evenings, 7.00pm – 9.00pm from 1st March to 5th April
Cost: $650.00

Safe Place for Couples
6 week programme
When: Tuesday evenings, 7.00pm – 9.00pm from 17th May – 21st June
Cost: TBA

Safe Place for Women Level 3
6 week programme
When: Wednesday mornings, 10.30am – 12.30pm from 27th July – 31st August
Cost: $650.00

Safe Place for Men Level 3
6 week programme
When: Tuesday evenings, 7.00pm – 9.00pm from 16th August – 20th September
Cost: $650.00
