Safe Place is a therapeutic group for men or women who have experienced trauma and or grief. It is a unique process giving positive tools to combat life’s circumstances that helps to view life from a different perspective without the need for in depth sharing.

River #1 commencing May 2010
River #2 commencing October 2010

River is a therapeutic group for women who have a family member with a drug or alcohol problem.
